JOB DESCRIPTION
MAINTENANCE OF THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS AND SUBSYSTEMS
- Support technical operations;
- Manage and maintain satellite control systems and communication gateway;
- Monitor the end-to-end system performance and take appropriate actions, in order to ensure continuous operations and prevent outages or service degradation;
- Manage and maintain the subsystems Air Conditioning, Energy and Security defined by procedures.
ONCALL
- Following a training period, support 24/7. Availability of 1 week shifts, respond to alarms or anomalies, being responsible for restoring operations in case of interruption, carrying out corrective interventions.
REPORTING AND INVENTORY
- Report of anomalies, maintenance results, interventions, reception/shipment of goods and various events.
- Use Inventory, Logbook and client report tools.
PURCHASES
- Perform Purchase Requisitions using the system to support the administrative management of the business processes.
PACKING LIST
- Preparation and expedition of equipment/material (for repair, calibration and others) and the necessary documentation associated using the carrier platform.
INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
- Follow the policies and guidelines of the implemented standards ISO27001, ISO9001 and ISO14001.
LANGUAGE
- Fluent in English.
